Key Aspect
This project involved the phased alterations and refurbishment of a ground floor café and adjacent open seating area to provide new office accommodation including new kitchen area and re-forming an existing office. Associated works included installing air conditioning equipment externally to feed new areas.
An existing 24hr access door was re-hung with new access equipment to improve fire escape capabilities.
During the works various fire stopping works at wall/ceiling junctions, fire barriers, structural openings were also undertaken.
