Our Heritage

KLM Partnership

The KLM Partnership was established in Dundee in 1969 and expanded to Inverness (1970), Edinburgh (1982) and Glasgow (1991) handling a wide and varied portfolio of work.

In 1991 Martin & Keillor merged with Thomas Laurie Associates in Glasgow to form the Keillor Laurie Martin Partnership.

The Practice of Gibson & Simpson, established in 1890, joined the KLM Partnership in 1996 bringing with it considerable experience in Education, Financial, Research, Housing and Historic Building Sectors.

The Practice offers a comprehensive range of services to its construction industry clients, which are delivered as 'core services'.

Our range of core services are complimentary to one another and are adapted to suit the requirements of each individual project.  These services are delivered with a personal and professional approach, a combination that results in a successful project from inception to completion.

We hold Quality Assurance Accreditation to ISO 9001: 2015 for Cost Consultancy, Quantity Surveying, Employers Agent, Project Management, Client Representative, Building Surveying and Health & Safety Advice comprising of Principal Designer, Adviser to Principal Designer and CDM Adviser to Client.
