KLM Partnership are following Government Guidance and monitoring this daily. Given the growing challenges arising from the Covid-19 virus epidemic, as of Monday 23rd March 2020, the KLM Partnership have introduced a series of measures as part of a proactive and responsible effort to safeguard business continuity and the health of our employees and Partners and the wider team.
All of our staff are now working remotely in line with the latest government guidance in respect of the Covid 19 Coronavirus
We would confirm that all our office premises are now closed.
We will continue to operate our business as usual with all our staff continuing to observe work protocols that limit staff activities with regard to meetings, site visits and travel.
All meetings are now facilitated through Microsoft Teams (or other available platforms, Zoom) and site visits have been cancelled.
We operate Microsoft Office 365 so please be assured that our service that we deliver will not be affected and full access to project data is available to all staff. We do run some software that can only be accessed from the office, and systems have been put in place to allow this to happen.
All our staff can be contacted directly via email or phone. If you do call our main office telephone numbers, your call will be redirected to our Admin Staff, who can take your message and pass it on to the relevant staff member for action. All direct dial numbers have been directed to the appropriate staff member.
We would like to reassure you that this will not affect the provision of our services. We have taken proactive measures to ensure that there is no disruption. Should you wish to discuss any of the above or have any queries, please contact us.
