The KLM Partnership provided Quantity Surveying services.

This project involved the demolition of an existing sales building, site clearance, constructions of a new filling station including new sales shop shell (for fit out by others), new underground fuel tanks and associated fuel lines, new forecourt canopy, drainage, service ducts, forecourt surfacing, boundary treatments, landscaping works and minor external services.

The project was carried out on programme and within budget.
