KLM were appointed as Quantity Surveyor's for this development.
Key Aspect
The Work comprised the construction of a two-storey waterproof shell, fully serviced, for fit out by others and included a new steel framed and clad building with concrete ground and first floor slab.
A swimming pool shell of blockwork walls and concrete slabs was formed.
The site works included the construction of a retaining wall, roads, parking, footpaths and drainage.
