KLM were appointed as Employer’s Agent / Project Manager for this development.

The new Group Headquarters office in Stirling, comprises a 2 storey office accommodation of approximately 2,500 square meters floor area.  The office comprises of sheet piling, substructures, concrete ground floors, structural steel frame, insitu concrete upper floors, concrete reconstituted stone and blockwork with roughcast to external walls, metal windows and doors, natural slate to pitched roofs, raised access floors, internal wall, floor and ceiling finishes, internal partitions, solidcore internal doors, mechanical and electrical services, carparking, roads, drainage, paving, soft landscaping, external services, street lighting.

The office was fully fitted out with meeting rooms etc to comply with this progressive forward thinking Construction Company.
