This development was carried out in three phases, comprising the infrastrucutre works,  7 two bedroom amenity bungalows for rent and a further 25 affordable homes at Burnside Drive, comprising 4 x 2 bed flats, 8 x 2 bed houses, 8 x 3 bed houses, 1 x 4 bed house and 4 x 2 bed bungalows.  13 of these homes will be available for rent and 12 for low cost home ownership through the shared equity scheme.

This development is part of a larger site developed in partnership with the Highland Housing Alliance and private developers.
