KLM were appointed as Quantity Surveyor and CDM Coordinators for this development.
Key Aspect
To facilitate the new development and as part of the general regeneration of South Kessock, (which is the Highland Council's most deprived area) Highland Council transferred the land to Albyn Housing Society Ltd and subsequently Albyn has built 6 x 2 bed semi-detached houses and 2 x 2 bed semi detached bungalows for low cost home ownership under the shared equity scheme.
