The KLM Partnership provided Quantity Surveying services.
Key Aspect
KLM provided Quantity Surveying services for 18 flats constructed as a 3/4 storey block on a brown field site in Lochee, Dundee. The project was procured via the Hillcrest Framework. The construction was Timber Kit with brick/render finish. External works including roads, footpaths, landscaping retaining walls, drainage and external services were also carried out. The work also included installing a new water main to service the site.
Community benefits included local suppliers and subcontractors used for the project where possible.
