The project consisted of the construction of 53nr houses.
KLM's role included liaising with the clients, preparing cost plans, preparation of the employer's requirements, checking tenders, tender report, attending meetings and chairing and minuting, agreeing interim valuations, preparing financial statements and agreeing the final amount.
