The KLM Partnership provided Quantity Surveying services.
Key Aspect
KLM provided Quantity Surveying services for 8 houses on a green field site which was Phase 2 on site with Phase 1 having been completed 6 years previous. The construction was Timber Kit wit Block/Timber finish. As gas was not an option, the heating was by heat source pumps which were installed in every unit along with Mechanical Ventilation and Heat recovery units installed. External works including roads, footpaths, retaining walls, drainage and external services were also carried out. Also as part of this Phase, the existing foul drainage was replaced with new sewage treatment plant, filtration trenches and filter mounds installed.
