Key Aspect
A key brown field site regeneration of the Merkinch area of Inverness the site of the former Council housing was regenerated to provide a mixed tenure of affordable and rental accommodation in modern homes, along with new offices on the Ground Floor for the Support Services for Albyn Housing Society Ltd.
