KLM were appointed as Quantity Surveyor and CDM Coordinators for this development.
Key Aspect
This project marked the first phase of the regeneration programme which saw the provision of 29 social housing units delivered under a partnering agreement. The development also saw the Partnering Contractor deliver 8 units under the GRO Scheme. This provided a mixed tenure of affordable and rental accommodation in modern homes.
