Major ground works to form new levels by cut and fill over whole area of site, Driven piling to all buildings, foundations and concrete structural floor slabs, steel framed and metal clad/rendered blockwork structures with coloured finishes to suit planning, retaining walls, car parking, roads, drainage designed to meet SUDS requirements, formation of village square feature, external lighting, new sub-station and all associated external services and ductwork.
