KLM were appointed as Project Managers and Quantity Surveyor's for this development.

The Work comprised the construction of 2 No single-storey steel framed commercial shell units one 4000 sq.ft and one 1000sq ft, for fit-out by others, together with associated external works.

The work included excavations, foundations, steel frame, block work and sheet clad external walls, sheet clad roof, street frontage left open for shop fronts to be installed by others; services connections to lettable units; formation of car park / access roadway; general pavings; retaining structures to rear boundary; boundary fencing.
