Key Aspect

The Work comprises construction of a single-storey steel framed commercial shell on each site ranging from 4000 - 5000 sq. ft with sub-division walls to suit tenants. All finished ready for fit-out by others, together with associated external works.

The work includes excavations, foundations, steel frame, block work and sheet clad external walls, sheet clad roof, street frontage left open for shop fronts to be installed by others; services connections to lettable units; formation of car park / access roadway; general pavings; retaining structures to rear boundary; boundary fencing.
