KLM Partnership are delighted to have been appointed by Albyn Housing Society Ltd as Employers Agent and CDM Advisers to Client for a new build housing development in Inverness.
This initial design and build Contract with Barratt Homes will see circa 50 homes delivered as part of a Section 75 agreement at a value of circa £6,000,000.
Works are due to commence on site in Spring 2018.
