Affordable Housing, Ness Side, Inverness, Phase 2A
KLM Partnership are delighted to have been appointed by Albyn Housing Society Ltd as Employers Agent and CDM Advisers to Client for a new build housing development in Inverness.
This initial design and build Contract with Tulloch Homes Express Ltd will see 25 homes delivered as part of a Section 75 agreement at a value of circa £3,500,000.
Works are due to commence on site in early 2018.
