Affordable Housing, Driving Range, Elgin
KLM Partnership are delighted to have been appointed by Moray Council as Employers Agent for a new build housing development in Elgin.
This design and build Contract with Springfield Properties PLC will see circa 21 homes delivered on the site of the former driving range lying on an area to the east of Elgin Golf Club at a value of circa £2,500,000.
Works are due to commence on site later in 2017.
