Affordable Housing, Dornoch
KLM Partnership are delighted to have been appointed by Albyn Housing Society Ltd as Employers Agent and CDM Advisers to Client for a new build housing development in Dornoch.
The Contract will be delivered by Springfield Properties PLC under a design and build Contract.
The £1.36 Million development will provide 10 affordable properties in Dornoch. The works are due to commence on site in Summer 2018.
Eight of the homes will be for rent, and two homes will be delivered under the New Supply Shared Equity scheme (NSSE).
