Conon Bridge
A site visit this week, to check on progress for this new affordable housing development in Conon Bridge.
The development of 28 homes is being built by Compass Building and Construction Services Ltd for Albyn Housing Society Ltd.
There are 20 homes for rent and 8 for sale. Completion of the homes is due in June 2018.
The KLM Partnership are providing Albyn Housing Society Ltd with Quantity Surveying and CDM Adviser Services. This current Contract represents phases 4 and 5 of this development, that we have been involved in since 2007.
Due to the ground conditions on site, the site has been platformed and the areas for the properties have been vibro-compacted.
The architects are NORR Consultants Ltd.
