Adding Value

We are committed to adding value to our local communities.

Whether we are getting our people involved through volunteering, building long-term community partnerships, making projects a reality with our pro-bono services or boosting economies through our work for clients, we want to make a positive impact on people’s lives and add value every day, around the communities in which we live and work.

We try to address key social issues that are important to our communities, our business and our clients. Our Partner’s lead and support staff involvement, as we invest time and funds into various projects.

Community Benefits

As a Practice we have a Community Benefits Scheme. The KLM Partnership community benefit scheme aims to help support the local community in which we live, work and serve. Launched on the 1st October 2015, the scheme runs annually, and is open to all local groups, charities and organisations to apply.

Staff Volunteering Initiative

Another important way of adding value is by giving every employee a volunteering day each year. This scheme has recently been introduced within the Practice.
