What You’ll Be Doing
Throughout your apprenticeship, you will work alongside experienced Quantity Surveyors and gain practical experience in:
- Cost control and reporting
- Project and financial management
- Contract administration and commercial management
- Cost planning and estimating
- Construction law and procurement
- Construction health and safety
- Contract practice and project delivery
You will learn how commercial decisions influence project success and develop the skills needed to help deliver projects safely, on time and within budget.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Takes pride in producing high-quality work

- Has strong numeracy and communication skills
- Can build positive relationships with colleagues and clients
- Is willing to travel across the Highlands and Islands

Essential Requirements
To be considered, you will need:
- Permanent right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available)
- SQA Highers at BBBC (or equivalent)
- National 5 passes in English and Mathematics
- A cover letter explaining your interest in the role
A full UK driving licence would be advantageous due to travel requirements.
