William A Hamilton

William is our Inverness Office Managing Partner.

Within the Partnership, William is responsible for the Quality Management System, IT and Structured Training Programmes.

Experience

William is a highly experienced Chartered Surveyor who has been in charge of a wide variety of projects ranging from small alteration work to major new build projects.

William is responsible for delivering Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Client Representative and Employer’s Agent services on a range of major projects throughout the Highlands of Scotland.

William’s main role is as Partner in Charge for the delivery of Quantity Surveying, Client Representative and Employer’s Agent services for all KLM Social Housing projects carried out within the Highlands and Islands.

William has been a Past-Chairman and Secretary of the Highlands and Islands Area Committee for RICS, and is a past member of the RICS Scottish Council.
