Training and Development
Training and Development
We understand the importance of training and development and
we have therefore put in place a number of initiatives that are targeted
towards individuals depending on the stage they are at in their career.
We employ trainees at all levels from the school leaver, which would attend
College or University on a day release, to graduates who want to embark on
their professional qualifications.
To support the development of our trainees we have introduced a training
manual, which enables us to clearly maintain progress and identify the needs
of the trainee.
We have a Structured Training Scheme for the Assessment of Professional
Competence (APC) that has been approved by the RICS. While undertaking these
schemes you will be aided by a number of staff to help you progress. Our
structured training programme is designed to help staff at all levels develop
and achieve their ambitions within a constantly evolving and challenging
environment.
Every individual has their own Personal Development Plan, which will address
areas such as:
- Dedicated mentoring and coaching
- On the job training
- Degree course sponsorship
- IT Training
- Mock examination interviews
- Personal and professional development
If you are one of the graduates that we employ each year, you will be asked
to sign up to our RICS accredited Structured Training Programme which is
focused on providing graduates with the support and breadth of experience
necessary to achieve RICS Chartered Status within the optimum time.
We provide individuals with the support and professional / personal development
opportunities to equip them with the cutting edge skills required to develop
a successful career within an ever changing environment.
