Key Aspect
The construction of 13 flats for affordable rent and two commercial units.
The works were completed in a gap site in Kyle, which had numerous restrictions on access etc. due to its location and impact on the main arterial route from Inverness to Portree. The site also had challenging ground conditions to deal with. The works included associated drainage and footpaths, and some offsite parking provision was provided.
