KLM Partnership provided Employer's Agent and Principal Designer services.

KLM acted as Employer's Agent and Principal Designer on this project.
The new build housing development consisted of 4nr 3B5P semi-detached houses and 36nr flats (34nr 1B2P - 3B5P & 2nr 2bed accessible) within a 3/4 storey block, together with mains services and external soft/hard landscaping.
KLM's role included liaising with the client, preparation of the Employer's Requirements, checking tenders, tender report, attending meetings and chairing and minuting, agreeing interim valuations, preparing Financial Statements and agreeing the final account.
