W Martin Jarvie

Martin is our Edinburgh Office Managing Partner. He provides supervisory and “hands on” Consultancy Services to a wide range of important Clients in the Public and Private Sectors.

Experience

Martin is a highly experienced Chartered Surveyor and Project Manager with a comprehensive understanding of the property market with his involvement in Quantity Surveying, Building surveying, Land Surveying, Valuation Surveying and dispute resolution experience gained over a 35 year period in the Industry.

A Partner since 1983 Martin has been involved in a wide range of building sectors including Education, Health, Hotel and Leisure, Historic, Industrial, Commercial, Defence, Banking and Housing.

Martin provides a wide range of Cost consultancy and Quantity Surveying Services including Cost Planning and Cost control, Risk and Value Management, Change Control and Reporting, Auditing and preparation of Final Accounts to Clients looking for best value building solutions within strict finite budgets.

An understanding of Sustainable Construction and Life Cycle Costing aids his desire to meet all his Clients’ requirements and provide them with value for money.
