Client Representative

The Client Representative, is essentially a Project Manager. We provide Client Representative services under the Partnering Form of Contract PPC 2000.

We can assist Clients to define their brief, assemble the professional team and Constructor, produce a detailed plan including roles and responsibilities, cost control, risk management, quality assurance and communications protocols. We have a track record in delivering projects on time to budget and of the desired quality through pro-active management and monitoring by a designated Project Manager.

We have found this to be critical to the success of any project and produces quality outputs whilst ensuring that the project is delivered on time and on budget.
