The drive to see projects carried out to sensible programmes and completed within cost and timescale has resulted in significant growth in the demand for this service from new and 'return' clients. Experience at present covers office and workshop development, further education, tourism and housing related projects. | Planning Supervisor |
Since April 1995, when the new CDM Regulations came into force, KLM Partnership has developed a very busy Planning Supervisor Department, run by B C Paterson
FRICS, MAPS. KLM Partnership maintains a complement of two fully trained Planning Supervisors across the Practice. To manage the delivery of KLM Partnership's service effectively and ensure the highest standards, the practice extended its accredited Quality Management System in August 1998 to include the Planning Supervisor Service. KLM Partnership is committed to assessing client requirements accurately, and encouraging all parties to address the Health & Safety issues diligently and
timeously.

| Building Surveying |
This section of the Practice concentrates mainly on 'Condition survey' work. Surveys of Historic Buildings, and large scale, nationwide social housing illustrate most recent activity. Maintenance planning and life cycle cost assessment also form part of the Building Surveying diet.
