Alastair S Nicoll

Alastair is our Dundee Office Managing Partner. He provides supervisory and “hands on” Consultancy Services to a wide range of Clients in the Public and Private Sectors.

Experience

Alastair is a highly experienced Surveyor and Project Manager with Quantity Surveying and Employer’s Agent experience gained over a 33 year period in the Industry.

A Partner since 1994 Alastair has been involved in a wide range of building sectors. His main role in the firm is in Private and Social Housing, Road Side Developments and Industrial / Education Projects. He has formed part of Multi Discipline design teams to provide projects to clients on time and within budget.

Alastair provides a wide range of Cost consultancy and Quantity Surveying Services including Cost Planning and Cost control, Risk and Value Management, Change Control and Reporting, Auditing and preparation of Final Accounts to Clients looking for best value building solutions within strict finite budgets.
