Overview
KLM Partnership was established in Dundee in 1969 and expanded to Inverness (1970), Edinburgh (1982) and Glasgow (1991) handling a wide and varied portfolio of work.
In 1991 Martin & Keillor merged with Thomas Laurie Associates in Glasgow to form the Keillor Laurie Martin Partnership.
The Practice of Gibson & Simpson, established in 1890, joined the KLM Partnership in 1996 bringing with it considerable experience in Education, Financial, Research, Housing and Historic Building Sectors.
The Practice offers a comprehensive range of services to its construction industry clients, which are delivered as ‘core skills’.

We hold Quality Assurance Accreditation to ISO 9001: 2000 for Cost Consultancy,
Quantity Surveying, Employers Agent, Project Management, Client Representative,
Building Surveying and CDM Coordinator activities.
The majority of technical personnel within the practice are either Fellows
or Members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Key individuals
within the Practice hold Masters Degrees in Business Administration.
