An organisational chart showing the management structure of the Practice is shown below.

The practice operates from three offices in Scotland, each strategically located to ensure that all areas of the country can be serviced efficiently and economically. Each project is under the personal direction of one of the Partners. Work and staff are allocated on a practice-wide basis to ensure that the appropriate blend of skills and experience are available to handle each project.
