Celebrating 40 Years

The KLM Partnership was formed on 1st October 1969 by Bill Keillor and George Martin under the original banner of Martin + Keillor based in Dundee. The Practice steadily grew over the subsequent years to it’s current position with offices in Dundee, Edinburgh and Inverness from which the substantially increased resource now delivers it’s services both to the UK market and also internationally, particularly in the Middle East.

Over the last four decades the company has built up a strong reputation for the quality, accuracy and conciseness of its Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Employers Agent and CDM Coordinator advice, both amongst its clients and other project specific partners in the construction industry which in no small part is due to the embedded qualities and commitment to standards of our core Staff and Partners, many of whom have been with the KLM Partnership for twenty years and more.

Since our inception in 1969, the KLM Partnership has embraced and supported the substantial changes sought in the skills, culture and attitudes of everyone involved in the construction industry and we remain at the forefront of continuous improvement initiatives.
